CAN I GET A REFUND?

We have a NO refund policy.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT FOR CAMPING?

For Thursday - Sunday camping ticket holders, check-in opens Thursday at 2:00 pm at Santos Campground gate.

For Friday - Sunday camping ticket holders, check-in opens Friday at 9:00 am at Santos trailhead.

For Epic Ride only ticket holders, check-in opens Friday at 12:00 pm and Saturday at 7:00 am at Santos trailhead.

Check-out is Sunday by 11:00 am unless you have purchased an extended stay ticket.

NO person admitted to campground without ticket.
No vehicles allowed in the campground without ticket/vehicle pass.
Free parking in front of the campground.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CHECK-IN?

Printed ticket or image on your phone.
Photo identification.

WHERE IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in booth is located at the Santos Trailhead parking.

WHAT IS THE EPIC RIDE ROUTE?

The 2022 Epic Ride route is posted with Epic decals on the carsonite trail signs from Santos trailhead to Ross Prairie Trailhead. There will be additional signs posted for the ride. It may be viewed on Trailforks. Sag stops will be a Coyote Corner, Landbridge, Nayls North, and Ross Prairie.

WHEN DOES EPIC 50 RIDE START?

It is a rolling start between 8:00 am – 9:00 am with sag stops along the way for lunch.

WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED WITH CAMPING?

Saturday breakfast & dinner. Sunday breakfast.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS INCLUDED WITH CAMPING?

Each year we change it up to offer live music from popular artists and bands.

CAN I REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR BIKE CLINICS?

No. Visit the bike clinic booth and sign-up for one or more of the hour-long clinics offered that day.

WHAT’S THE RAFFLE?

Buy tickets to win cool raffle items donated by our sponsors and vendors. SRAM has been known to donate high-end components to the raffle. Visit the RAFFLE ticket booth.

ARE THERE GROUP RIDES PLANNED?

Yes. Check the SCHEDULE section of this website. There will be three separate group rides:
YELLOW – easy trails
BLUE – moderate trails
RED – more challenging trails
